Otlaabotsa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration BBA (Management) from the University of Botswana obtained in 2005 as well as Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM™) with the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM) . He recently obtained his Professional Risk Manager (PRM™) Qualification from the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) in 2019.
He has held various roles over the years in senior positions such as Head of Enterprise Risk at Botswana Oil Limited (BOL) from 2016 to October 2021 and Head, Risk & Compliance at Botswana Savings Bank (BSB) September 2014 to August 2016.
His proven track record of delivery, pioneering of risk mitigation strategies and development of a various risked based policy frameworks as a Senior Manager is testament to the entrenched efficacy.
