Director Member Benefits
Mercy started with the Fund in 2006 and has moved up in the ranks from Benefits/Fund Administration Manager to the current role she holds which is Director of Member Benefits. She previously worked for DPSM. She holds a Degree in Social Sciences (Public Administration and Political Science) obtained from the University of Botswana, and other qualifications including Pensions Core Course from World Bank and intermediate Certificate in Business Studies (IISA) obtained in 2016 and 2013 respectively. She has a wealth of experience is pension fund administration and her commitment to servicing members is commendable.
