Matshidiso joined the Fund in 2010 as the Fund’s Internal Audit Manager and later went on to become Director of Internal Audit in 2015 which is a position she still holds today. She previously worked for the Ministry of Local Government as Principal Internal Auditor - Head of Internal Audit Unit and Attorney General Chambers as Senior Internal Auditor. She has 22 years in the field of Internal audit and holds various qualifications including Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). She comes with a world of knowledge in the IA profession, and often upskills herself with the recent certificates being Audit Committee Best Practice and Integrated Risk Management. Her experience, skills and knowledge make her a formidable member of the BPOPF Executive.
