Kegaisamang is a seasoned Chartered Accountant who holds more than 20 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. She joined the Fund in 2020 as the Fund Accountant and now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. She has held quite a number of positions both in the public and private sectors with the most recent being the Management Accountant at Botswana National Productivity Centre. Before then she was the Financial Accountant at the same institution. She held the position of Assistant Accountant at Debswana Diamond Company. She is an ACCA- Associate member and holds an MSc Corporate Finance from University of Salford- United Kingdom. She also obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Botswana. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Botswanan Accountancy College and Management Development Program ( MDP) from the Stellenbosch University. She is a self-driven, proactive and motivated team player that has proved to be an asset to the BPOPF
