Mr Tobokani Rari is an educator and is the Secretary General of Botswana Sectors of Educators Trade Union (BOSETU). His strengths and responsibilities have included the formulation and evolution of the schools Guidance and Counseling Policy and the management of the guidance and counseling team at the school where he serves as Senior Teacher. Having joined the teaching profession in 1996, he established his career in guidance and counseling, which he is passionate about. Throughout his career, he has assisted the youth in the successful establishment of wellness clubs and programmes, having a significant role in the Department of Curriculum Development and Planning, reviewing the National Guidance and Counseling curriculum.
