Director Human Capital
Mr. Potongwane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with majors in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Botswana, as well as a Certificate in Management Development Programme - Africa (MDP) from Stellenbosch University in Cape Town. Prior to joining BPOPF he served as an Administration Officer and later a Senior Administration Officer at the Ministry Of Health under Primary Health Care and Public Policy respectively. He joined BPOPF as a Senior Administration Officer in 2006, later serving as the Human Capital and Administration Manager for 5 years and his most recent and current appointment being to Human Capital Director in 2015.
