Mr K.N Motshegwa is currently the Secretary General of Botswana Land Boards Services, Local Authorities and Health Workers Union (BLLAHWU), a post which he has held since 2011. His responsibilities include heading the Human Resource and Administrative Operations of the union as well as being the Negotiator for the union.
He was a Clerk of the Council with the City of Francistown for 3 years before he joined the union.
Mr Motshegwa holds a BA in Social Sciences obtained from The University of Botswana, and has upskilled himself with many short courses including Leading and Managing Trade Unions which he obtained in South Africa.
His expertise and passion for employees is an invaluable asset to The Fund.
